Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations Justify and implement strategies and processes that achieve our goals Maintain budgets and optimize expenses Set policies and processes Ensure team members work productively and develop professionally Oversee recruitment and development of new team members Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Direct the team member assessment process Prepare regular reports for owner Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues (e.

profit decline, team member conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Skills Proven experience as a GM and/or operations leadership role Family entertainment industry experience is a huge plus Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.
) Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus Job Type:
