represents manufacturers of brand name equipment to the food service industry in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota.
We cover all facets of the foodservice equipment industry, selling through authorized dealers and distributors.
We are seeking a full-time employee to fill a Customer Service role for our organization based out of our office located in Elmhurst, IL.
Duties for this position include:
- Managing Project Folders for our dealers/consultants -Answering phones/emails and handling customer questions/concerns -Quoting of products -Following up on quotes and leads -Maintaining the office/ordering supplies/organizing supplier catalogs and products -Communicating with dealers/consultants/and the outside sales team REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate for this Customer Service position will possess the following qualities:
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, specifically the programs Outlook, Word, and Excel - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal -A high school diploma is required -Knowledge of the foodservice industry and a history of working with dealers, consultants and/or factories is preferred but not required This is a full-time, salaried position working out of our Elmhurst office location.
Hours are 8:
30am-5pm.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
