2K a year The Floral Retail Merchandiser is a full-time merchandising position responsible for visiting our customer's Grocery Retail stores regularly within an assigned territory to ensure the Floral Department is following all floral-related merchandising programs, provide any necessary training, and assist within the Floral Department as needed.
The Floral Retail Merchandiser will help coordinate and set up store grand openings, re-grands, holiday meetings, and other special events.
Qualified Floral Retail Merchandiser candidates should:
1) possess 2
years Floral design and/or merchandising experience, ideally in a Grocery Floral environment -- candidates will not be considered without this experience 2) be willing to travel to visit stores; must possess reliable transportation, a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and current car insurance 3) have basic computer and Microsoft Office programs knowledge 4) have a lot of energy, be self-motivated, autonomous, and willing and able to execute on all direction provided The candidate should ideally live in or nearby the Chicagoland area This is a full-time, exempt position with salary, bonus, paid expenses, health benefits, and company matching 401K plan.
