Responsibilities include:
Being the initial in-person contact for our clients Conducting walk-throughs with clients, assessing damages, and providing estimates.
Informing clients on the urgency of their situation, and securing agreements with empathy and confidence.
Coordinating with our scheduling team for quick arrival and efficient scheduling of our restoration crew.
Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring homeowners feel confident and comfortable with our customer-centric approach and consistent excellent service.
