Chicago's largest fireplace and chimney company is looking for a sales representative to serve our rapidly growing customer base! SALARY PLUS COMMISSION! Duties include:
Assisting customers on our showroom floor.
Converting incoming leads into sales.
Answering incoming customer phone inquiries.
Previewing sold jobs and measuring for custom product.
Following up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction.
Assisting with showroom events such as product training and cooking classes.
Providing excellent customer service to future, current, and past customers.
Ideal candidates should:
Have some customer services or sales experience.
Be self-starting and self-motivated.
Have general knowledge of basic construction practices, appliances, mechanical trades, or other technical experience.
Have reliable transportation to and from work and valid, clean drivers's license.
Be able and willing to work Tuesday-Saturday year round, and Monday-Saturday during peak season.
Be willing to work at both our Lisle and Elmhurst location.
Be drug free and able to pass a background check.
