As our company expands, we are seeking an experienced individual to join our team! As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing office processes, and providing support to various teams within the organization.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist with HR & Recruiting Scheduling appointments for managers Maintain an ongoing line of communication between our teams and customers Answer phones Dispatching and communicating with Project Managers and Crews General administrative duties assigned by management
