Operations Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service
Elmhurst, IL Elmhurst, IL Part-time Part-time $22 an hour $22 an hour Good Move Movers, a top tier moving company based in Elmhurst, is seeking a talented resourceful and committed Customer Service/ Operations Assistant to join our fast paced, energetic team.
This is the perfect opportunity if you seek a part time position (15-20 hours per week) with flexibility on days and hours.
The Customer Service/ Operations Assistant will have excellent organization and communication skills along with a willingness to learn.
Training will be provided with the Customer Service/Operations Director at our office in Elmhurst.
Specific responsibilities include:
Work directly with the business owner and supports them while learning the business.
Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates paper and electronic files, records, and/or other documents.
Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and phone.
Assist with managing crew of movers and drivers.
May run various routine errands as needed.
All other duties affiliated with business operations as assigned.
Qualifications:
Demonstrates experience in roles involving strong customer service.
Must know basic software applications and have the ability to learn new ones, as needed.
Have strong research and organizational skills.
Must have strong verbal communication skills.
Must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check.
This is a part time position requiring 15-20 hours per week (days and hours can be flexible) and pays $22 per hour, plus company phone and paid mileage for company errands.
