Summary:
Ray Graham is currently seeking Program Managers to provide support, oversight and supervision to 3-4 Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes, and 3-4 Team Leaders and assures supports are in place for all people and team members.
The Program Manager focuses on quality and ensures that all DHS regulations and person centered supports are present at all times at each of the homes they oversee.
This position ensures that all program locations meet all regulatory requirements as set forth by DHS, DCFS, IDPH, and BQM and other pertinent regulations.
The Program Manager works with the team to monitor site budgets for each home location and must monitor and assure all resources are utilized in a structured and fiscally responsible manner.
The Program Manager coaches team leaders and direct support professionals to offer impeccable customer service to all facets of the team, which leads to a team centered approach and excellent supports provided.
The Program Manager must support the mission and values of Ray Graham Association and monitor that all team members have a solid understanding of the mission and values Description Of Responsibilities The Program Manager supports three to four Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes located in DuPage County and provides direction on the implementation of the supports offered at each CILA location.
The Program Manager is easily accessible and offers support, training, and mentorship to the team members at each CILA location.
Program Managers advocate for the best supports possible and truly listen to input provided to improve all aspects of RGA programs.
Excellent customer service is offered at all times, which leads to a strong partnership of all parties that work to elevate those supported at RGA.
Qualifications Required Candidate must possess a HS Diploma or GED and experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must clear all background checks including, but not limited too, HealthCare Worker Background Check, CANTS and MVR requirements.
Have valid IL Drivers License and personal transportation.
Must be able to lift and transfer individuals (75 lbs.
).
Positive and up-beat personality is a must.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be flexible and able to adapt to meet the unique needs of each individual served at RGA.
Must be available to be on-call Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Salary:
$43,451 Recommended Skills Adaptability Coaching And Mentoring Communication Customer Service Developmental Disabilities Financial Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
