Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues promptly, preventing delays in the production schedule.
Perform regular quality audits and prepare reports on findings and corrective actions taken.
Maintain a detailed and organized record of quality testing, including data analysis and interpretation.
Work closely with project managers and design teams to understand client specifications and ensure products meet or exceed expectations.
Train and guide team members on quality control best practices and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality control and interior branding solutions.
Qualifications Proven experience in a quality control role, preferably within the signage, printing, or interior branding industries.
Strong understanding of quality control standards, tools, and methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software, including quality management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
