Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a warm and friendly manner, assist with general inquiries about our services and direct calls to the appropriate team member Greet clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression Schedule appointments for various team members and confirm the next day's appointments Coordinate conference room availability for our teams Maintain an organized and neat reception area, showroom and conference room Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries Collaborate with our teams by taking on various administrative task to support daily operations, such as filing, scanning, and data entry Assist in the creation of and implementation of social media marketing campaigns Utilize social media platforms to engage with the community and promote our services
Qualifications:
A fun, welcoming and approachable personality, with excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Ability to adapt to changing priorities Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Dynamic creative writing skills Team oriented Basic software skills and ability to learn other software Preferred
