Responsibilities Administrative:
Welcome Patients in a friendly and outgoing manner.
Schedule Appointments.
Confirm Appointments.
Maintain appearance and cleanliness of exam/treatment rooms.
Collect co-pays and payment for services Responsible for additional general administrative and clerical support as assigned.
Responsibilities Other:
Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Professional Personal Presentation Computer Proficient (microsoft office) Organized Attention to Detail Multi-tasker Reliable transportation We are accepting serious applicants only to start immediately.
Must have experience working as receptionist in medical office.
Position is paid hourly at a very competitive rate.
