POSITION
Summary:
The Finance Administrator is responsible for processing and maintaining finance documents pertinent to customer's purchase/lease of new and used construction, power systems, on-highway truck equipment and product support. This position is also a cross functional role with the Sales Coordinators.
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to):
Prepare all finance proposal requests that will be presented to customers.
Analyze, submit, and process all finance documents.
Monitor pending finance contracts for outstanding terms and conditions.
Communicate with Sales Department Coordinators as it relates to the purchase/lease of new and used equipment.
Reviews client(s) finance funding report and assign proper accounting.
Monitor finance reporting to accurately assess finance processing efficiency as it aligns with departmental goals.
Maintain designated process and procedure as it relates to equipment financing.
Prepare and maintain conversion request sheets for lease/rental purchases.
Effectively communicate with Sales Representatives and Sales Manager to ensure deals are being processed in an efficient manner.
Process customer service requests when necessary.
When necessary, travel to meet clients to review and complete finance documents.
Any additional duties assigned by the Sales Administration Supervisor.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPIRIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree-preferably with a concentration in Finance.
Minimum of 1 year experience in equipment financing and/or sales operation.
Knowledge of financial systems and accounting.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
Excellent intrapersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of computer and software systems (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word).
Firm grasp on the principles of financing.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a high volume environment.
Ability to multi-task throughout the business day.
