Qualified candidate will Support Sales, Engineering, Legal and Finance. Handle Expenses, Itinery and Schedules for Executives. Order Office Supplies, Conference Booking and General Office duties as needed.
Qualifications/ Experience
Must have at least 5 or more years of recent administrative experience assisting CEO, CFO, or VP
Must have a Bachelors Degree .
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Must be able to multi-task, be punctual and understand the high demand of the job.
Must have professional demeanor, high achiever personality and drive.
Must have great communication skills, dependable, organized and strong leadership skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
